		<description>Simple. A court order in any state to order the insurance company to honor the policy. No court would deny such an order, as to do otherwise would be in effect to pass a death sentence. 
Capital punishment is now rather rare.

What is needed is a good, aggressive lawyer.

In California, such actions have had the effect of basically halting this practice.</description>
